Tom Yum Goong


4 cups water
1 cup shrimp
5 mushrooms
1-2 limes
1 lemon grass
3 kaffir lime leaves
2 tablespoon fish sauce
5 sprigs cilantro
3 chili peppers
1 tablespoon nam prig pow Optional
Start boiling water in a pot with 2 liters. Peel and remove the veins from shrimp and set aside. Cut pieces of lemon grass, 5-6 cm long. Use the back of your knife to beat the lemon grass, only taken to release its full flavor. You can tie the lemon grass into a knot to handle it easily. Drop the lemon grass in water and cook for 5 minutes. The fish sauce and juice of 1 lemon drinks are served at the end of the crush in a soup with chilli and place in the bowl. Remove the stems and leaves, add the kaffir lime leaf to the pot. Clean and halve the mushrooms in the pot. Add shrimp and remove the fire. Shrimp very quickly gets too hard to cook, even while sitting in the hot broth. Scoop the shrimp and liquid into the bowl immediately. Once you add the liquid in the bowl, you will find that the sauce is lemon juice cloud. Add moralist pow-nam.
